
Camille Wiltz is an Austin-based movement artist, performer, and dance educator. She received her B.F.A. in Dance at the University of Texas at Austin with a Minor in Arts Administration and Management. She is currently dancing with SoulEscape the Company, Allysen Hooks Projects, and TY&CO. She is currently teaching weekly classes with Dance Church on Saturday mornings. She attended Dance Industry Performing Arts Center in Plano, Texas training with Mark Caserta and Mikey Morado's Thriving Artist Project. After, she became a member of UT Austin’s Dance Repertory Theatre (DRT) and a dance instructor. As a member of DRT, Camille performed works by Erica Gionfriddo, Gesel Mason, Anna Valdman, and Stephanie Martinez. Wiltz served as a production coordinator on the board of Dance Action; a student organization dedicated to supporting choreographic risk on campus. She also served as MICHIYAYA's and Jesse Zaritt’s rehearsal assistant for their works at DRT’s Fall For Dance and Emerge. Recent credits include SoulEscape's Ph3losophize Your F3gure, TY&CO, Allysen Hooks Projects, and Valleto Dance Company. Wiltz is passionate about fostering an environment for her students to admire the beauty of their peers without questioning their own. She strives to facilitate a classroom that values both rigor and self-care, keeping joy at the center of their work.
